Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  

  1. The promoter is Avalon Research who offer the opportunity to be in a prize draw as an encouragement to complete market research surveys on behalf of their clients
  2. The promotion is a prize draw which is open to anyone that completes selective surveys that Avalon Research offers
  3. Entry is via invitation to the survey and by agreeing to be entered into the draw at the end of the survey
  4. No purchase or payment is necessary
  5. Entrants must be 18 years old or older
  6. Only one entry per household is permitted
  7. The prize amount and number varies depending on the survey completed
  8. The closing date for the prize draw will be in the invitation received to participate in a survey or at the end of the survey itself. Entries received after this time will not be entered into the prize draw
  9. No cash alternative will be offered and prizes are not transferable 
  10. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random and will be notified by email or telephone within 2 weeks of the closing date
  11. If Avalon Research are unable to contact the winner within 2 weeks of announcing the winner, an alternative winner may be chosen
  12. Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions 
  13. Personal data collected to administer the prize draw will only be used for that purpose
